Auc, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates Krewe Dat software platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when users access or use the Service.

The Service is provided to organizations that subscribe to the platform, and individual users may access the Service as members of those organizations.

By using the Service, users agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect information necessary to provide authentication, account management, and the functionality of the Service.

Account Information

  • Authentication provider identifier

  • User role within the organization

  • Associate users with their organization’s subscription

We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.

With the Organization Using the Service

User account information may be visible to administrators of the organization that subscribes to the Service.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) that assist us in operating the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of the data.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted hosting providers.

While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain user information for as long as necessary to provide the Service to the subscribing organization.

When a user account or organization subscription is terminated, we may delete or anonymize associated information in accordance with our data retention practices.

7. Third-Party Authentication

Our Service uses Microsoft Entra ID B2C to provide account authentication. Users may choose to authenticate using supported third-party identity providers, including Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.

When a user chooses to sign in using Google or Apple:

  • The selected identity provider authenticates the user and provides authentication information to Microsoft Entra ID B2C.
  • We may receive basic profile information from the identity provider, such as the user's name, email address, and a unique account identifier.
  • This information is used only for authentication, account creation, and account management.
  • We do not access or store third-party account data beyond the information necessary to authenticate and manage the user's account.

Users who choose Sign in with Apple may elect to hide their personal email address. In this case, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address instead of the user's personal email address.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by organizations and their members and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
